ITS DONE! Finally

I think I found an interresting idea to use for snow. ^w^

Not much dust, not enough dust? You tell me.

I actually drew the background in PS! Not too shabby for my first attempt.

Ok maybe its not my very first attempt but it worked out alright.

I noticed that some of the "snow" (as people been calling it), wasn't looking quite right. I could see the line of where it didn't blend in as well. So I fixed it. ^w^
